Devon Holiday cottage late deals and last minute short breaks for self catering holidays. We have two holiday cottages in Devon that sometimes can be available for a last minute rental. Details: Weeks not booked by four weeks in advance of the Saturday checkin day are discounted by 20%. Short breaks of less than seven nights are discounted on a percentage of full week cost basis (see all the prices at the foot of this page). Payment is taken in full for any late deals or last minute holiday bookings. There are no hidden or additional costs such as heating or for linen. The self catering cottages have free use of a cot and high chair. We accept all major credit and debit cards and also cheques when appropriate. Short breaks are calculated as follows: 6 nights at 90% of the total cost of the week 5 nights at 80% of the total cost of the week 4 nights at 70% of the total cost of the week 3 nights at 60% of the total cost of the week 2 nights at 50% of the total cost of the week If you would like stay for a week plus additional nights, or you would like to stay for less than a week, please contact us.
